Salted Lemon Cake Mix 500g

Egg 700g

Water 125g

Ovalett Special 30g

Bakels Butta Blend 125g

Salted Lemon Cake Mix 500g

Egg 700g

Water 125g

Ovalett Special 30g

Bakels Butta Blend 125g

Directions :

Whisk all the ingredients, except Bakels Butta Blend, on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Add Bakels Butta Blend on low speed and mix until evenly incorporated.
Pour the mixture into a 12″ x 24″ baking tray, then bake at 160°C for 25 minutes.
