Description :

  1. Put all the ingredients and mix on low gear until the surface of the dough becomes smooth, ensuring that the dough is at a temperature of 27°C.
  2. Let the dough rest for 5-10 minutes.
  3. Divide the dough according to taste. Place the dough into the prepared mold.
  4. Allow the dough to rise until doubled in size, approximately 60 minutes.
  5. Bake at a temperature of 225°C for 20-40 minutes, depending on the size of the loaf.
  6. This recipe yields 2 loaves of 7″x4″x4″ sandwich bread.
