- Use dough hook attachment and mix all the ingredients except Margarine/Butter on gear 1 for 5 minutes.
- Then, add Margarine/Butter and mix on gear 2 for 5 minutes.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 10-12 minutes.
- Divide the dough into portions of 30g each, shape them into balls, and place them on a baking tray.
- Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest until it expands by over 50%.
- Bake the dough at 180°C.
