Description :
- Mix Fino Sponge Cake Mix with eggs and beat them together with a mixer on low speed for 1 minute.
- Then, switch to high speed and beat for 3 minutes.
- Gradually add water and continue beating for 4 minutes.
- Finally, add vegetable oil on low speed and the batter is ready to be placed in a 9-inch pan.
- Bake at a temperature of 180°C for 30-40 minutes.
- For a Swiss Roll, use a 14″x14″x1″ pan and bake at a temperature of 210°C for 10-12 minutes.
