Ingredients:
A. 1 Pkt Premix
B. 7 Nos Eggs
C. 370g Water
Method:
1. Mix well A, B, & C evenly and filter the batter in to a bowl. Let the batter rest for 30mins.
2. Heat the cooking oil for deep frying.
3. Dip the mould in the oil & shake-off excess oil over (moderate heat make sure the oil is not too hot).
4. Then dip the mould into the batter and into the oil again.
5. Jiggle the mould lightly until the biscuit seperated from the mould.
6. Fry the biscuit until golden brown and put on oil paper.
