Recipe 1 : Coconut Jelly
Method :
1. Added coconut juice from 2 young coconuts to plain water till 3000ml. Bring it to boil.
2. Add 200gm of sugar, coconut flesh and coconut jelly powder to the solution.
3. Mix well. Turn off the flame. Pour into moulds and set in refridgerator. Serve best when chilled.
Cara Masakan :
1. Sedia 2 biji air kelapa muda campur dengan air sehingga 3000ml. Masakkan sehingga didih.
2. Masukkan 200gm gula (1cawan), isi kelapa muda dan bahan jelly kacau hingga rata.
3. Padamkan api. Tuangkan ke dalam acuan. Bekukan di dalam peti sejuk.
椰子遮厘冻制法:
1. 将2粒香椰子水加清水至3000ml。倒入锅里煮滚。
2. 加入200gm的糖(1杯),椰子肉和椰子遮厘粉搅拌均匀。
3. 熄火后,倒入模型,待凝固放入冰箱。
Recipe 2 : Gula Melaka Longan Jelly 椰糖龙眼冻
Ingredients :
Water 清水 3000ml
Dry Longan Flesh 龙眼干肉 200gm
Gula Melaka 椰糖 300gm
Method :
